I have to make these posts just so I can watch how the Empower Network is on the Grow along the changes it makes in peoples lives and businesses.
Today is December 26, 2011 just officially passed the $2,000,000 mark in commissions! (As of literally this morning).
That’s about 56 days since launch (October 31st until now – that math may be one or two days off there – but it’s about right).

I have heard David Wood speak and share some of his story many times. His claim to fame was living in a van to uber successful marketer. Yah, so have others and I kind of blew it off as “me to” story, not saying it didn’t happen but many people have come from nothing to rock star that the story sounded familiar.
Not so fast … David gave me permission to reprint this personal blog post and I was floored by the candid story he tells.
Why in Hell Did David Wood Create Empower Network?
So here is David Wood in his own words:
I promised that I would share why I really decided to start this company – really, we’ve got to go back in time about 2 1/2 years.
When I started my business online, I was not in a good situation – I needed to make it work. I was broke, and homeless – although I chose that situation, the reality was that every day of my life was a struggle.

Just as an example, one day my wife and I were hungry, and my brother Jonny and I lifted her up to grab a breadfruit from a tree. She started to slip a bit and we dropped her, breaking her foot. It was a small break, but we had no insurance and had to use government medical assistance to get her to a doctor – the doctor didn’t give her a cast, and the break wouldn’t heal. Continue Reading

Hey Guys – the pace just increased.
We’ve been adding 300-400 paid members into our system, daily.
Today we added in (as of now) 5,546 paid, active members.
Yesterday – we just crossed 5,000.
That means we didn’t add in only 300 – 400.
We increased our growth rate today by 50%. And something is happening tomorrow – I can’t tell you what it is, but when it happens, I believe our growth rate will triple…
…that’s triple the growth.
…triple the excitement.
…and TRIPLE the commissions
