Rapport is an incredible thing and is the core strength to attraction influence. Rapport is the gateway to all possibilities and is the foundation of all trust. With rapport comes trust. With trust the guards are down and your ability to influence climbs exponentially. I call it attraction influence.
When you are with prospects, acquaintances, new friends or family appreciate their world. Appreciate their world and understand their perceptions and personality. Feel their pain and their joy. Get exited about their passions. Genuinely look at how they see their world, the time will come when they will beg to see yours. Don’t be in a hurry it takes time. If you will do this, you will separate yourself from all others. Train yourself to develop rapport with as many people as you come in contact with and anything is possible.
Rapport must be perfectly genuine or people will see right through you. Most are master lie detectors and will shut you down in a heartbeat. Time is on your side and is a renewable resource; use it, most wont, and you will have a huge advantage.

What is your Why? What is your calling? What are you passionate about? What is your purpose here? Or could you be looking for attraction influence?
My wife and I have asked ourselves these questions so many times that we know the questions by the number of letters in the sentence. Every time you hear a success guru talk about building a business, online or offline, they tell you to know your WHY. You have to have a driving reason in order to succeed. We didn’t have one and we didn’t know why.
What is a Why? A why could be health, family, finances, parents education, child abuse prevention and the list goes on and on. A why is something that keeps you awake at night and have you excited to get up in the morning. You are obsessed with it. You just can’t stop thinking about it. You move towards it every day.
Your why is tied directly to passion and purpose for your life’s calling. Your why is your gift from God. Be grateful if you can identify, visualize and act on your why. Many can’t and most won’t give it a second thought, if they ever had the first. Continue Reading

Procrastination is a killer.
Procrastination can kill just about any worthwhile endeavor. It will kill your business, personal accomplishments, the time with family and anything even slightly rewarding. Unfortunately, we all have tendencies to postpone things until later. I have slipped under this burden many times and it is a constant challenge for me to focus on being productive.
